Locking jaws??? there's no such thing as a locking jaws... not even science has proved that a pit bull can lock its jaws... sure there was a reason the dog tried to attack maybe the dog was playing with the girl and the grandmother mistook it as the dog was attacking... its unlikely that a pit bull would attack a human... not unless it was taught to the dog to attack a humans... i have a pit bull and proud to have on and he is a house dog! and never showed any signs of aggression to other dogs or humans... like the saying goes..."PUNISH THE DEED NOT THE BREED"
