You’re absolutely right, ADB. He could have made a difference. But he chose not to and it’s a little too late. Not only did he lack the moral courage, he was, plainly and simply, greedy for power himself.

Had he done it right then and there — in Oct 2007 – at the height of the ‘bayong” gift giving containg tons of cash, maybe he would’ve been convincing.

Trouble with Joe is he makes the wrong decision at the wrong time.
