You forgot to mention: stay away from sleeping pills, depressants and other prescription drugs. People always focus on illegal drugs but the legal ones kill more people.

i was researching on google about whether the ADR ACt of 2004 was mainly based on the US Federal Arbitration Act, and your blog came up. Would you know? I’m writing a paper on international commercial arbitration from Philippine perspective and i was using US perspective as jumping board. In my mind, this would make sense as our SC does look to US decisions as persuasive, but of course my Prof. here in the US wanted me to provide basis (an actual case or treatise that says historically why US decisions would be persuasive, and I wanted to tell her-eh sa ganun talaga! talk about ineffective advocacy!) But levity aside, I hope you can help out a fellow blogger. thanks! great site btw.

yes!your definitely right about your views sam… i do believe too that this bill is an immoral act!i still believe that god is still there..i think that there are still lots of ways to prevent the growth of our countries’ population and poverty!our government officials are just hesitant to look for another one…a one in which few will opposed!

if you still believe that God is still present!you will not allow yourself to be poison with this unnecessary bill…if you still value life you will not allow this bill to be imposed..it is anti humanae vitae!what is really needed is one’s gumption…couples can still use natural family planning rather than artificial one(includes contraceptives-condoms etc.)that is surely been present in thid bill!
